Center For Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR)
The “Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR)” was established by APTPC and was inaugurated by Hon’ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah, Hon’ble, Judge, High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 25-02-2014 in the premises of TSTPC (formerly APTPC) in the presence of Sri K. Pradeep Chandra IAS, Principal Secretary to Government & CIP, Industries & Commerce Department & Chairman, APTPC the Guest of Honour and the other dignitaries include Sri. S B S Reddy ITS, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Hyderabad, Sri V. Balram, District Judge (Retd), Sri A. Navamohana Rao, District Judge (Retd) and Sri M. Sadhu Sundar, VC & MD, APTPC.

A Well equipped Arbitration Hall with Air condition, Audio Visual facilitiel
Well-furnished Retiring room for the arbitrators.
Tariffs
- For holding Domestic Arbitrations & International Arbitration Rs. 3,000 for one day or part thereof.
- Upon request, the CADR will make arrangements for reporter transcripts of the arbitral proceedings or hearings.
- Upon request, the CADR will provide the following facilities at an extra cost:
- Secretarial support and clerical assistance.
- Long distance and local telephone access and fax and photo copier facilities and other usual office services.
- Video recording of the Arbitration proceedings.
- Refreshments
- Payment Terms and Conditions: An amount as estimated by the CADR for the day(s) needs to paid in advance by the way of cash/DD drawn on any nationalized/scheduled bank in favor of TSTPC Ltd payable at Hyderabad.
